Joe has an extensive history in the construction industry coming from both sides of his family and spanning multiple generations. This taught him the value of bringing artistry and integrity to every project. Samantha was born in a construction zone, as her mother, a renovations expert emulated innovation and precision in every project.

Joe and Sam Ferraro founded JFA Renovations to reimagine a concierge approach to the kitchen and bath industry. We are driven to create a legacy through modeling hard work and dedication to our clients. Our promise is to take care of your home like we would our own, which means thorough communication from first conversation to final touches and cleaning up after our projects.

Joe Ferraro of JFA renovations recently did work on our home that included a complicated installation of replacement custom windows on a house built in the early 1900s. The work involved a large amount of precise measurement and planning, as the windows were large and curved around a portico entry to the home. In addition, it required custom carpentry around the windows that needed to match the original wainscotting. He did an excellent job, was timely, on budget, meticulous in his work and we would highly recommend him to others for any job. Joe is also unique in he has a great interpersonal style – when there were complications on the project he proposed efficient, cost effective solutions that he implemented quickly. Joe and his phenomenal crew have completed numerous jobs for our family both in our home and in the home of my parents. His work is meticulous and artful. He converted an underutilized closet into a beautiful laundry station and in so doing sourced materials creatively and within our budget. Joe installed a gorgeous front door where there once was an ugly and drafty old wooden slab. As our home was built in the 1800s this required a bit of work retrofitting as there were no standard doorways back then. When he was done we were hard pressed to imagine another door in its place . He also replaced the rotting wood columns on our front porch with a more durable and long lasting PVC wrapped column. Joe climbed my parent’s roof to tar a leak when all the while I was worried that I was facing a costly roof replacement….problem solved! He also installed a grab bar in their bathroom (this was done without my asking but just because he knew it would be a great help for my mom) . I should note that he did these last two tasks out of pure kindness and at no cost to my folks (that’s the kind of guy he is). Finally, you will never have to chase Joe; he is responsive and communicative. I have absolutely no reservations recommending Joe and JFA Renovations.
